Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within up to three (3) working days. As a small independent design studio, we make every effort to ship orders as promptly as possible. During peak periods, slight delays may occur. Should we anticipate a delay beyond this timeframe, you will be notified directly.

Estimated delivery times:

Denmark & Europe: 3–5 working days

International: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a wide range of destinations. Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may be applied upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance.
If a shipment is refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, and related fees from the total refund.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we kindly ask you to get in touch so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

For exchanges, please contact info@sbj-knitwear.com prior to returning your item to confirm availability.

If the desired item is unavailable, you may select an alternative product or request a refund.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original method of payment.
